Cancellation Policy

**24-Hour Cancellation Policy**  

 

To maintain the efficiency of our services, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:  

 

1. Cancellation Window:  

   Customers must cancel or reschedule their appointment or service at least **24 hours prior** to the scheduled time to avoid penalties.  

 

2. No Refunds Outside the Cancellation Window:  

   If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made **less than 24 hours** before the scheduled time, no refunds will be issued. This includes no-shows or late arrivals.  

 

3. How to Cancel:  

   To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly via livemore.fit2025@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance.  

 

4. Exceptions:  

   Exceptions to this policy may be made in cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of LiveMore.  

 

5. Policy Acknowledgment:  

   By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
